With the aim for constant improvement, the ‘Sands ECO360 ° Sustainability’ is used to manage sustainability in MBS. During the construction phase, MBS paid particular focus to utilise sustainable materials. To prevent resources wastage, MBS utilises an Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) to help with automatic control of equipment.
